Naisha Appointed Head Girl, Ayaan Head Boy at St. Thomas’ School Investiture Ceremony

Shimla, March 13, 2026:

The Investiture Ceremony for the academic session 2026 was held at St. Thomas’ School Shimla, marking the formal constitution of the Student Council. The ceremony was presided over by Principal Vidhupriya Chakravarty and Vice-Principal Sharon Nanda.

During the ceremony, the newly elected council members took the oath of office and pledged to uphold the values and discipline of the institution. Naisha was appointed as Head Girl and Ayaan as Head Boy, while Pranjal and Shourya were named Vice Head Girl and Vice Head Boy respectively.

House leadership positions were also announced with Tanvi (Chinar House), Nargis (Kasturi House), Shrenya (Shipkila House) and Anshika (Toshqui House) appointed as House Captains. In the sports category, Prince was selected as Boys Sports Captain and Swastika as Girls Sports Captain. Other council roles include Payal as Tourism Club Head, Devina as Philately Club Head and Anukalp as NCC Head.

Congratulating the students, the Principal encouraged the council members to lead with sincerity, discipline and teamwork, and to serve as role models for the school community.
