Shimla, January 25, 2025: On the occasion of Himachal Pradesh’s 55th Statehood Day, a grand celebration was organized at the residence of Union Minister Anurag Singh Thakur in New Delhi. Over a thousand Himachali expatriates attended the event, marking the state’s rich culture, traditions, and history.

The event was graced by BJP National President J.P. Nadda, along with prominent leaders, including Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, MPs Bansuri Swaraj, Suresh Kashyap, and Indu Goswami, among others. The leaders emphasized the significance of Himachal’s contributions to India’s growth.

In his address, J.P. Nadda praised the honesty and integrity of Himachalis and highlighted the state’s pivotal role in India’s development journey. Criticizing Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, he called him “the biggest liar in the world,” accusing his government of corruption and poor governance, which, he claimed, had plunged Delhi into chaos.

Anurag Thakur echoed these sentiments, asserting that the Kejriwal government’s inefficiency was evident in Delhi’s deteriorating conditions, including pollution and unclean water. He expressed confidence that BJP would win the upcoming Delhi elections with a two-thirds majority.

The celebration symbolized unity among Himachalis and reinforced their commitment to preserving their cultural heritage while aspiring for new heights of progress.
