Man Killed While Singing Hymns in Himachal

Kangra, Dec 16: In a shocking incident near Raja Ka Talab in Kangra district, a 44-year-old man, Rachhpal Kaka, was murdered with a sharp weapon by his neighbor early Monday morning. The victim was singing hymns at a local Shiv shrine when the accused, identified as Chunka, attacked him.

Rachhpal succumbed to his injuries on the spot. The accused later surrendered at Jawali Police Station. The motive behind the attack remains unknown. Police have taken the body into custody and initiated an investigation.

SP Ashok Ratna confirmed the registration of a case and ongoing inquiry into the incident.
