Man Attacked by Neighbor with a ‘Darat’

A man in Nangal Jarialan village under Gagret Police Station was attacked by his neighbor with a ‘darat’ (sickle), resulting in the severing of his left finger. The incident occurred after a verbal altercation, with the accused, Pradeep Kumar, and his wife Rekha Kumari allegedly assaulting the victim, Malakiyat Singh. During the attack, Pradeep used the weapon to cut the victim’s finger and caused injuries to other parts of his body. The police have registered a case against the accused and initiated an investigation after conducting the victim’s medical examination.
