Major IAS Reshuffle in HP: 17 Officers Transferred

In a significant administrative move, the Government of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, ordered the transfer and posting of 17 IAS officers across various departments. Notable changes include Dr. Nipun Jindal now serving full-time as Director, Digital Technologies and Governance, while Shri Abid Hussain Sadiq has been appointed Managing Director, HPPCL. Ms. Priyanka Verma will take over as Deputy Commissioner, Sirmaur, and Shri Rahul Kumar will serve as Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur. Other key appointments include Shri Pradeep Kumar Thakur as Mission Director, NHM, and Ms. Rima Kashyap as Director, Language Art and Culture. This reshuffle aims to streamline governance and strengthen public administration in the state.
