Kullu Convent School Holds Investiture Ceremony to Empower Student Leadership

Kullu, June 13 : Kullu Convent School recently conducted its Investiture Ceremony with great enthusiasm, marking the official induction of the newly elected student council. The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance. School Manager Mr. Suresh Kumar adorned the council members — including house captains, vice captains, and club presidents — with badges and sashes.
Students from both junior and senior wings were given leadership roles across four houses and six student-led clubs, including Eco, Science, Sports, Yoga, Literary, and Cultural clubs. Prefects and house representatives were also appointed, with Abhay Raj and Karuna named Deputy Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl respectively. The Head Boy and Head Girl titles went to Aryansh and Aarushi (Junior Wing) and Saksham and Ojaswi (Senior Wing).
Mr. Kumar administered the oath of office, urging the council to serve with integrity and dedication. In his motivational address, he encouraged the council to act as role models and foster a positive environment within the school. The ceremony concluded with the national anthem.
