IAS Officers of 1995 Batch Promoted to Apex Scale in Himachal Pradesh

The Governor of Himachal Pradesh has approved the promotion of two IAS officers of the 1995 batch to the Apex Scale (Level-17 of the Pay Matrix) with immediate effect. The officers are:

1. Shri Bharat Harbanslal Khera, IAS (HP:1995) – Promoted on a proforma basis.
2. Shri Rawther Dawood Nazeem, IAS (HP:1995) – Promoted on an actual basis.
