Himachal Pradesh High Court Nullifies Office Accommodation Allotment for Former Chief Parliamentary Secretaries

Shimla, 13th November 2024: In adherence to the orders passed by the Himachal Pradesh High Court in CWP No. 2507 of 2023 (Satpal Singh Satti & Others vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others) and CWPIL No. 19 of 2023 (Kalpana Devi & Others), all previous allotment orders of office accommodation in the H.P. Secretariat, Shimla-171002, for the erstwhile Chief Parliamentary Secretaries and their staff have been revoked with immediate effect.
