Goldstein Tournament Heats Up with Convincing Wins on Day 3

Shimla: Day 3 of the 23rd Maj. R.K. Von Goldstein All India Inter-School Cricket Tournament at Bishop Cotton School, Shimla witnessed two high-intensity matches marked by strong individual performances and competitive team efforts.
In Match 8, Yadavindra Public School, Patiala posted an impressive 202/7 in 20 overs against Pinegrove School, Dharampur. Despite a determined response, Pinegrove were bowled out for 148, handing YPS a 54-run victory. Taranveer Singh was named Man of the Match for his outstanding knock of 114 off 52 balls.
In Match 9, Bishop Cotton School, Shimla delivered a dominant performance against Punjab Public School, Nabha, scoring 220/9. PPS Nabha were restricted to 130 in 13.5 overs, resulting in an emphatic 89-run win for BCS. Shivam Gera earned Man of the Match honours for his all-round contribution, scoring 37 off 25 balls and claiming 3 wickets.
