Fresh Snowfall in Lahaul & Spiti Temp Dips , Across Himachal

Lahaul & Spiti, Sept 04: Higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh including Baralacha, Tanglangla, Shinkula, Kunjum and Rohtang received fresh snowfall, delighting tourists while causing a sharp dip in temperature across the state.
