At a crucial Panna Pramukh conference held on Sunday in the Hamirpur Assembly constituency’s Didvi Tikkar village center, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leadership provided essential guidelines and election tips to workers from four polling centers in preparation for the upcoming by-elections. The conference was graced by senior BJP leaders including Jitram Katwal, MLA from Jhanduta; Dilip Thakur, MLA from Sarkaghat; and party spokesperson and sector chief Mahender Dharmani. The event aimed to mobilize maximum support for the party and discuss strategic election plans.
In his address, MLA Jitram Katwal motivated BJP workers by emphasizing the critical importance of gaining an edge at every polling booth to ensure the party’s victory in the by-elections. He urged workers to reach every household and voter in their polling center and encourage them to vote for the BJP. Katwal said, “We have a strong and clear agenda that highlights the current government’s failures over the past one and a half years, which have neglected the interests of the state’s citizens.”
Katwal criticized the state’s Congress government, accusing it of focusing on power rather than addressing the real issues faced by the people. “The Congress government, since coming to power, has only served its own interests, completely neglecting the interests of the people. Over the past year and a half, the government has ignored public welfare, leading to a continuous decline in Congress’s popularity across the state,” he stated.
Highlighting the BJP’s success in the Lok Sabha elections where it won all four seats, Katwal urged the need to replicate this victory in the by-elections. “The people of Hamirpur have made it clear that they are dissatisfied with the Congress government’s policies and are ready to vote for the BJP in the by-elections,” he added.
Sarkaghat MLA Dilip Thakur also shared his insights, urging workers to maintain personal contact with every voter in their polling centers and communicate the BJP’s policies and achievements. “Our workers are our greatest strength, and without their efforts, we cannot succeed in the elections. We must convince every voter that the BJP is the real solution to their problems,” Thakur said.
Party spokesperson Mahender Dharmani provided detailed election strategies and effective campaign methods. He emphasized the importance of each worker diligently fulfilling their role as Panna Pramukh and ensuring that all voters in their segment vote for the BJP. “We must ensure that our party’s message reaches every voter and that we bring the maximum number of voters to the polling booths on election day,” Dharmani stated.
Other leaders and workers present at the conference shared their views and discussed election preparations. The event saw the presence of several senior BJP workers and local leaders, including Rajkumari Thakur, Rajkumar Manu, Bala Kulbir Singh, Lata Devi, Sanjeev Kumar, Amarchand, Dilip Chaudhary, Maya Devi, Sunil Kumar, Vikas, Renu, Kamini, and Sunita.
Concluding the conference, Jitram Katwal administered a pledge to the workers, urging them to work with full dedication and effort to ensure the BJP’s victory in the by-elections. “Our hard work and dedication are what will secure our victory. We must work together and ensure a strong win for the BJP at every polling booth,” Katwal concluded.
