Drug Bust During Traffic Check in Ghumarwin: 1.218 kg Charas Seized

Ghumarwin: In a recent traffic check near Forlan, Rohini, the Ghumarwin Police seized 1.218 kilograms of charas from a vehicle. The driver, identified as Saurav Full, alias Sonu, residing at Horning Villa, Dhobi Ghat Road, Chhota Shimla, has been apprehended.
According to information, Ghumarwin police station in-charge, Karman Chand, and his team were conducting routine traffic checks when they noticed a car attempting to evade their inspection. The police signaled the driver to stop.
The station in-charge asked the driver to produce his driving license and other documents for verification. During this process, the suspect attempted to conceal a yellow envelope with fabric from his left hand. The police observed the suspicious behavior and questioned the driver about the envelope.
Upon inspection, the police discovered 1.218 kilograms of charas inside the envelope. DSP Ghumarwin, Chandra Pal Singh, confirmed the incident and stated that further interrogation of the suspect is underway.
