District Election Officer Inspects Fagu EVM Warehouse

Shimla, 30 October – District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner of Shimla, Anupam Kashyap, inspected the EVM warehouse located in Fagu today.

During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner noted that regular checks are conducted as per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India. He confirmed that all arrangements in the EVM warehouse were in order and also reviewed the ongoing security measures.

The inspection process involves verifying the security of EVMs, including police guards, duty registers, fire extinguishers, CCTV cameras, and power supply.

Naib Tehsildar Sanjeev Sharma and other election department staff were present during the inspection.
