DC Reviews Kendriya Vidyalaya Construction, Inspects Preparations for Piplu Fair 2026

Una, June 22: Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal on Monday inspected the under-construction Kendriya Vidyalaya building at Bangana and directed officials to expedite the work to ensure its timely completion. He emphasized that providing quality educational infrastructure and a conducive learning environment for students remains a priority, and the project should be completed without delay so that children can benefit from modern academic facilities at the earliest.
Later, the Deputy Commissioner visited the venue of the historic District-Level Piplu Fair 2026, scheduled from June 24 to 26, to review preparations for the event. He instructed concerned departments to ensure adequate arrangements for drinking water, sanitation, traffic management, parking, electricity supply, and security for devotees and visitors.
Jatin Lal also directed officials to complete all necessary arrangements well in advance to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the fair.
