BJP Files Complaint with Election Commission Over Kaza Incident, Accuses Congress of Misconduct

Shimla: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), led by former state president and ex-minister Suresh Bhardwaj, has lodged a complaint with the Election Commission regarding the recent Kaza incident. In the complaint, the BJP has accused the district administration and the Himachal Pradesh Election Commission of operating under the pressure of the state government.

The BJP has demanded strict legal action against the Congress leaders involved in the incident and called for an impartial investigation by the Election Commission. Present at the occasion were state media in-charge Karn Nanda, state social media coordinator Sushil Rathore, district media spokesperson Vivek Sharma, and state advocate coordinator Anshul Bansal.
