Bike driver dies after being hit by tractor

Una, July 21: A bike driver died in a painful road accident that occurred in ward number 10 Baihali Mohalla of the district city. The deceased has been identified as Charan Singh s/o Naseeb Singh, resident of Lamlaihadi. The police have taken the body into custody and sent it for postmortem.

According to the information, Charan Singh resident Lamlehdi was coming from home to Una on Friday morning. During this, on reaching Baihali Mohalla, the axle of a tractor broke and fell down. Due to which the bike collided with the cast and fell uncontrollably. Charan Singh was seriously injured in the accident, who was taken to Regional Hospital Una with the help of local people and 108 ambulance. Where Charan Singh died during treatment.
