BDO Caught Red-Handed Taking ₹10,000 Bribe in Paragpur

Paragpur, Feb 17: In a major crackdown on corruption, the Vigilance Department caught the Block Development Officer (BDO) of Paragpur red-handed while accepting a ₹10,000 bribe. The officer was allegedly demanding the bribe for official work.

Acting on a complaint, a Vigilance team laid a trap and apprehended the officer while accepting the money. Officials confirmed that a case has been registered, and further investigations are underway to uncover any larger network of corruption.
