Shimla, September 5: APG Shimla University marked its 12th Foundation Day in conjunction with Teachers’ Day with a grand celebration at the university auditorium. The event featured vibrant cultural performances by students, and teachers were honored for their contributions. The chief guest, former Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. R.K.
