Youths Arrested with Heroin Seizure of 8.61 Grams

Una, August 17: Under the jurisdiction of the district police station, two young men have been apprehended in Lalsingi along with a seizure of 8.61 grams of heroin.

According to the information, the district police were conducting a patrol in Lalsingi last night. During this operation, a search was conducted on a car. As a result of the search, 8.61 grams of heroin were recovered from the two young men. The identities of the accused have been confirmed as Krishna Kumar, a resident of Hamirpur, and Suraj Pal, a resident of Uttar Pradesh.

Police Superintendent Arjit Sen, while confirming the case, stated that the police have initiated an investigation under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act against both individuals for possession of illicit substances.
