22 Injured as Bolero Camper Overturns Near Nirmand in Kullu, Two Critical

Kullu, April 25, 2026: A road accident was reported near Kanaradu turn on the Samej route in Nirmand tehsil of Kullu district, where a Bolero Camper (HP 26B 2744) overturned on Friday evening.

Sub-Divisional Officer Jagdeep Singh Kanwar informed that the incident occurred around 4:30 PM, following which local administration teams rushed to the spot and initiated rescue operations.

A total of 22 people, including the driver, were travelling in the vehicle. All passengers sustained injuries, out of which two were reported to be seriously injured. They were referred to IGMC Shimla for advanced treatment after initial medical care.

The administration provided immediate relief assistance of ₹5,000 each to the seriously injured. Other injured persons received treatment at local health facilities, with 18 discharged after first aid, while the remaining are expected to be released after medical examination.

Further investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
