Loreto Convent Tara Hall Hosts Unique Art and Craft Exhibition Showcasing Student Talent and Sustainability

Shimla, 23 November 2024 – A spectacular art and craft exhibition, “Kaleidoscope of Colors, Creativity, and Dexterity,” was held at Loreto Convent Tara Hall on November 23, highlighting the creativity and versatility of students from pre-Nursery to class 10. The exhibition was a vibrant showcase of the students’ talents, featuring a diverse range of SUPW and craft products, from Worli art and Tie and Dye to recycled refuse materials, embodying the principles of reuse, reinvent, and revive.

The students also displayed fine brush stroke paintings on organdy, along with torans, crochet, knitting, and needlework. The event provided a platform for each child’s artistic expression. The creative work was accomplished under the guidance and mentorship of Ms. Reena Gautam and Ms. Manjula Sharma, the school’s art teachers.

The Principal, Sr. Goretti, praised the hard work of the students and teachers, emphasizing the importance of vocational training and education. Parents who attended the exhibition complimented the variety and diversity of themes chosen by the students.
