HPNLU Empowers Students with AI Writing Tools: Grammarly Training Session Held

Shimla, 8 May 2025 – Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, under the visionary leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, conducted a comprehensive training session on Grammarly – an AI-based writing assistance tool. The event aimed at enhancing students’ academic and legal writing through digital means.

A certified trainer from Grammarly Inc. led the session, introducing students to AI-powered writing support features that aid in improving grammar, tone, clarity, and engagement. The interactive workshop provided live demonstrations and personalized feedback, enabling students to experience real-time writing enhancement.

Organized by Dr. Santosh Kumar Sharma, Dean of Academic Affairs and Library In-charge, the session saw active participation from undergraduate and postgraduate students. The initiative is part of HPNLU’s broader strategy to integrate cutting-edge technology into the learning environment and strengthen digital competency among future legal professionals.
