Auckland House School Hosts Grand Nativity Programme

Celebrating Talent and Festive Spirit

Auckland House School, Shimla, held its annual Nativity Programme on November 12-13, 2024, with separate performances by students from both the Girls’ and Boys’ schools. The event featured esteemed guests, including The Most Rev. (Dr.) P.K. Samantaroy, Bishop of the Diocese of Amritsar, and Rev. (Dr.) Vinita Roy from Christ Church, Shimla, with Director Principal Ms. Smaraki Samantaroy in attendance. Beginning with a processional carol, the program included Bible readings, a theatrical portrayal of the birth of Jesus, and a choir performance of traditional carols, immersing the audience in the spirit of Christmas. The guests expressed high praise for the students’ artistic skills, highlighting the school’s commitment to nurturing both faith and creativity in its students.
