Allegations of Ragging: Student Files Complaint Against Senior Doctor at MMU College, Sultanpur

Solan, March 24: A case of ragging has come to light involving a PG ENT student at MMU College in Sultanpur. The victim student has accused her senior doctor of subjecting her to mental and physical harassment. The police have registered a case against the student and initiated further action.

The student alleges that she had informed the college administration multiple times about the actions of her senior student, stating that she was being continuously harassed both mentally and physically. However, no action was taken. Subsequently, she had to approach the police. During the ragging, the student also suffered injuries to her head, alleging that the senior had pushed her.

Police Superintendent Gaurav Singh confirmed the registration of the case based on the complaint filed by a student from Punjab against a senior student. The police are currently investigating the matter.
