Vidhan Sabha Speaker calls on Governor

Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Kuldeep Singh Pathania today called on Governor Kavinder Gupta at Lok Bhavan. It was a courtesy call.
The Speaker apprised the Governor of the meetings, programmes and other activities proposed to be held during the forthcoming Monsoon Session of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
The Governor and the Speaker also exchanged views on matters related to the effective functioning of the Legislature and strengthening democratic institutions in the State.
Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly Yashpal Sharma was also present on the occasion.
