33 women trained in pickle, papad and spice-making at RSETI

Hamirpur, August 9: A 20-day training programme for women organized by the Punjab National Bank Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI), Hamirpur, at Mattan Siddh concluded on Saturday. A total of 26 women received training in the preparation of pickles, papads, spice powders and other food products.

At the concluding session, RSETI Director Ajay Katna guided the participants and briefed them about various activities and achievements of the institute. He said that women can start their own enterprises or businesses after completing training at RSETI and can avail themselves of various loan schemes offered by banks to establish their ventures.
