Bus Routes to Be Allotted Under Rajiv Gandhi Swarozgar Start-up Scheme Phase-IV

Bhoranj | July 30, 2026: A meeting was held at the Mini Secretariat in Bhoranj on Thursday to identify bus routes for allotment to unemployed youth under Phase-IV of the Rajiv Gandhi Swarozgar Start-up Scheme.

The meeting, chaired by SDM Shashipal Sharma, discussed the identification of 10 bus routes in the Bhoranj subdivision for allocation under the scheme.

The SDM said that beneficiaries opting for electric buses will receive a 50 percent subsidy, while those purchasing diesel buses will be eligible for a 30 percent subsidy under the scheme.

He said the initiative aims to create self-employment opportunities for unemployed youth while improving public transport services in rural areas of the Bhoranj subdivision by ensuring adequate bus connectivity on underserved routes.
