Shoolini University has been conferred the ICF India Coaching Excellence Award 2026 in the Organisation/University Category for Youth Empowerment at the ICF India Coaching Conclave, held at Taj Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru.
Presented under the aegis of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) India, the award recognised institutions that demonstrated exceptional impact through coaching-led transformation and youth development. ICF India is among the world’s most respected professional coaching bodies.
The recognition marks a significant progression in the university’s national standing. In 2022, at the inaugural ICF India Coaching Excellence Awards, Shoolini received an Honourable Mention alongside organisations such as CEAT Tyres. Two years later, in 2024, the university earned a Global Honourable Mention at the ICF Coaching Impact Awards in the Social Impact Category placing it among internationally recognised institutions driving transformational change through coaching.
Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla said Shoolini University had always believed that education must nurture not only intellectual excellence but also human excellence. This recognition from the ICF ecosystem reaffirmed our commitment to creating a university culture rooted in leadership, empathy, innovation, and meaningful impact, he said.
Ms Payal Jindal Khanna, Director, Centre for Leadership Coaching, Shoolini University, said coaching had the power to transform the way young people viewed themselves, their leadership potential, and their future. The recognition is deeply meaningful because it validates the belief that universities must move beyond information delivery and focus on developing emotionally intelligent, self-aware, compassionate, and future-ready individuals, she added.
