PNB RSETI imparts beauty parlor training to girls

Dharamshala, June 1: Punjab National Bank Rural Self-Employment Training Institute, Dharamshala, District Kangra, launched a 35-day free beauty parlor training camp to encourage unemployed women toward self-employment. The camp concluded in the presence of PNB RSETI Director Madan Lal, EDP Assessor Kamal Prakash, Domain Assessor Madam Tammana, and RSETI staff.
The ITI Director informed that 25 women trainees from Kangra district participated in the 35-day training camp in which they learned and received training in various skills. In this training program, the trainees, along with skill development, learned in detail about skin care and facial treatments, cleansing and bleach, waxing, hair care and styling, party and evening makeup, bridal makeup, mehndi Arabic bridal and traditional mehndi application etc. so that they can start their own employment and earn a livelihood. In the coming days, this institute will organize mushroom production for 10 days, counting tailoring for 31 days, and beekeeping for 10 days.
