Panchayat Election Preparations Intensify Across Hamirpur Villages

Hamirpur, May 24: Preparations for the upcoming Panchayati Raj Elections 2026 have intensified across various gram panchayats in Hamirpur district, with administrative arrangements and election activities gaining momentum in several villages.

A large number of gram panchayats, including Manihal, Badei, Panoh, Dhamrol, Sadhariyan, Kakkar (Bhoranj Block), Dhirad, Lajhiyani, Nandhan, Chamboh, Dadu, Amroh, Darbyar, Kanjyan, Patta, Karha, Tikker Buhla, Tikkari Minhasa, Bijhri, Lohardar, Majhiyani, Raili, Tipper, Pahlu, Kalouhan, Jajri, Ghori Dhabiri, Jyoli Devi, Kadsai, Kohdra, Maharal, Dandwin, Kulhera, Janaihan and Saur are witnessing active election-related preparations.

Officials said polling arrangements, voter awareness activities and coordination among election staff are being strengthened to ensure peaceful, transparent and smooth conduct of the Panchayat elections in all concerned areas.

The administration has appealed to voters to participate enthusiastically in the democratic process and exercise their voting rights responsibly.
