IEC University Concludes ‘AVSAR 4.0’ Skill Enhancement and Career Guidance Programme

Baddi, May 20: IEC University successfully concluded its month-long skill enhancement and career guidance programme ‘AVSAR 4.0’ for Class 12 students on Wednesday. The initiative witnessed participation from students belonging to Nalagarh, Baddi, Pinjore, Kalka, Parwanoo and nearby regions.
The university provided free transportation facilities to all participating students throughout the programme.
The main objective of AVSAR 4.0 was to help students gain a better understanding of higher education courses such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Law and Management, enabling them to make informed career choices for the future.
During the programme, students received practical training in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, coding and advanced computer skills. In addition to academic learning, special sessions were organised for the overall personality development of students, including public speaking, reporting and interview preparation.
Students were also given industrial exposure and introduced to corporate working environments to help them understand modern industry practices and career opportunities.
The university stated that AVSAR 4.0 proved to be an effective launchpad for students transitioning from school education to higher education and emerging career pathways.
