Budget Session Second Phase to Resume at 11 AM

Shimla, Feb 18: Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania announced that the House proceedings have been adjourned till March 18, 2026 at 11 AM, when the second phase of the Budget Session will resume. Addressing media after the first phase of the 14th Assembly’s 11th session, he said the three-day sitting recorded around 18 hours 24 minutes of proceedings with 124% productivity. During the session, 34 questions were answered, 10 issues were raised during Zero Hour, and a government resolution regarding revenue deficit grants under Articles 275 and 280 was passed after discussion. The Speaker thanked members across parties, officials, and media for their cooperation and extended advance Holi greetings.
