THDCIL Observes Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 with Swachhata Pledge

ऋषिकेश, 17 सितम्बर, 2025: THDC India Limited (THDCIL), a leading Power Sector PSU, marked the beginning of Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2025 with the Swachhata Pledge at its Corporate Office in Rishikesh. The nationwide campaign, themed “Swachhotsav”, will run from 17th September to 2nd October 2025, promoting clean and green festivities and zero-waste community celebrations.

CMD R. K. Vishnoi reaffirmed THDCIL’s commitment towards sustainable cleanliness drives as a tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, highlighting the organisation’s role in setting new benchmarks for eco-friendly practices. Director (Finance),  Sipan Kumar Garg, administered the Swachhata Pledge, urging employees to dedicate one hour of voluntary service on 25th September under the ‘Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath’ Shramdaan.

The programme was attended by senior officials including Dr. Amar Nath Tripathy (CGM HR-Admin),  A. K. Goel (CGM Planning), A. K. Garg (GM Finance),  M. K. Rai (GM Procurement),  Harsh Kumar Jindal (GM S&E), and R. K. Verma (GM Commercial). Parallel events were also held across THDCIL projects and offices, reflecting the organisation’s strong commitment to the vision of a Cleaner and Greener India.
