Prof. Atul Khosla to Co-Lead Education Vision for Himachal 2045

Shimla, June 21 2025 — Prof. Atul Khosla, Founder and Vice Chancellor of Shoolini University, has been appointed Co-Chairperson of the “Education, Skilling and Livelihood” Working Group under Part-3 of the SAMRIDH Himachal-2045 Colloquium Series.

This strategic initiative by MSHIPA aims to chart a 20-year roadmap for Himachal’s sustainable development. Prof. Khosla’s nomination acknowledges his expertise and commitment to the state’s long-term growth. The final colloquium (C3), to be held from mid-June to September 2025, will convert insights into a future-ready Vision 2045 document. An Umbrella Committee led by the Chief Secretary will guide the process.
