21,000+ Revenue Cases Resolved through Lok Adalats in Sirmaur District

Sirmaur, June 20– In a citizen-centric governance initiative, the Himachal Pradesh Government has been successfully organizing Revenue Lok Adalats to address public grievances and pending revenue-related cases in an organized manner across the state.
From October 2023 to May 2025, over 23,767 revenue cases were received in various tehsils and sub-tehsils of Sirmaur district, out of which 21,081 cases have been effectively resolved.
As per official data:
- Mutation cases received: 15,823, resolved: 15,486
- Partition cases received: 1,491, resolved: 803
- Demarcation cases received: 5,540, resolved: 4,010
- Correction cases received: 913, resolved: 782
These Lok Adalats, organized regularly on the last two days of every month, have significantly improved access to revenue services at the doorstep of citizens and expedited resolution of pending matters. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to efficient public service delivery and responsive administration.
