Himachal Pradesh Withdraws Official Vehicles of Former Chief Parliamentary Secretaries Following High Court Order
In compliance with the Himachal Pradesh High Court’s judgment dated 13th November 2024 in CWP No. 2507/2024 and CWPIL No. 19/2023, all official vehicles attached to the former Chief Parliamentary Secretaries have been withdrawn immediately. The withdrawn vehicles include HP07E-0021 (Fortuner), HP07L-0009 (Fortuner), HP07B-0016 (Fortuner), HP07-0014 (Innova), and HP07E-0007 (Fortuner). The official vehicle of the erstwhile CPS (MPP & Power, Tourism, Forest & Transport) has already been surrendered.
