High Court Orders Immediate Withdrawal of Staff Appointed for Chief Parliamentary Secretaries

Shimla, 13th November 2024: Following the Himachal Pradesh High Court’s judgment in CWP No. 2507 of 2023 & CWPIL No. 19 of 2023 (Satpal Singh Satti & Others Vs. State of HP & Others), the services of staff posted in the offices of the erstwhile Chief Parliamentary Secretaries have been withdrawn with immediate effect. The affected staff members include Yanki Devi (Work Supervisor), Sunita Thakur (PA), Uttam Chand, Chetan, Sandeep (all SAs), Chander (Clerk), Dharam Pal (Clerk), Ravinder (Clerk), Netar Singh (Jamadar), Moninder, Vinod, Tikkam Ram (all Peons), Niraj (FCM), and Bhupinder (FCM).
