HPNLU’s Centre for Disability Studies Hosts Inspiring Film Screening on Inclusion and Accessibility

Shimla: The Centre for Studies Related to Persons with Disabilities (CSD) at Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, organized a special movie screening on 6th September 2024. The event showcased the critically acclaimed film *Srikanth*, which delves into the life and challenges of a person with disabilities, highlighting themes such as accessibility, inclusion, and societal perceptions.

This initiative is part of CSD’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness and promote empathy among students, encouraging an inclusive environment at the university. Following the screening, students participated in a thought-provoking discussion, reflecting on the film’s messages and gaining a deeper understanding of the issues faced by people with disabilities.
