A government spokesperson said here today that Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu’s arrival in Shimla has been postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions in both Delhi and Shimla. The helicopter was unable to take off from Delhi and now the Chief Minister is expected to arrive in Shimla on Saturday.
