THDC India Limited Conducts ‘Green HRM’ Training for Indian Oil Corporation Officers in Rishikesh

Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, organized a three-day “Green HRM” training program for Senior Officers of the Indian Oil Corporation. This specialized training, conducted in collaboration with the Jaipuria Institute of Management, is being held at THDC’s HRD Training Centre in the picturesque surroundings of Rishikesh from October 4th to October 6th, 2023.
Vishnoi highlighted that THDC’s HRD Centre has consistently been at the forefront of disseminating state-of-the-art and highest standards in “Learning and Development” techniques. In this specific program, 22 distinguished and senior officials of the Indian Oil Corporation Limited, holding positions of Deputy General Manager and above, are receiving training in this emerging field of Human Resource Management.
In partnership with esteemed institutions like the Jaipuria Institute of Management and the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), THDC regularly organizes HRD initiatives and Open House interactive sessions to promote knowledge exchange, facilitate professional growth, and cater to the needs of senior executives from MNCs and Maharatna Public Sector Enterprises.
Vishnoi shared that THDC extends its expertise to host training programs for leading Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) and key players in the power sector. The HRD Centre is renowned for its technical excellence and offers participants access to internationally acclaimed faculties, making it a premier destination for skill enhancement in the country.
The three-day program commenced with an inaugural ceremony attended by Shri Shallinder Singh, Director (Personnel) of THDC India Limited. Singh emphasized the significance of “LIFE” – “Lifestyle for Environment,” encouraging all attendees to embrace sustainable practices, not only in Human Resource Management but as a way of life. He stressed the pivotal role such efforts play in advancing India’s goal of achieving “NET ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS” by 2070.
