HIMCOSTE Organized State Level Workshop under Children’s Science Congress – 2023

Shimla, June 24 – Himachal Pradesh Council for Science, Technology & Environment (HIMCOSTE), Shimla has organized a State level workshop under Children’s Science Congress -2023 at State Institute for the Health and Family Welfare, Parimahal, Shimla on 24th June 2023. The workshop was inaugurated by Sh. Sat Pal Dhiman, Additional Secretary (Environment, Science & Technology) and Joint Member Secretary, HIMCOSTE. He said that all the participants of this workshop will be benefited by this workshop and requested to share the information with teachers and students of the State.
Dr. B.S. Sooch, Head of Department of Biotechnology and Food Technology, Punjab University, Patiala was the Resource Person of the workshop. The main agenda of the workshop was to discuss the issues related to the Scientific Project Report, which is an activity presented at National Level Children’s Science Congress. He cleared all the doubts of the science teachers who have come from different parts of the State.
This workshop was attended by officials from HIMCOSTE, district science supervisors and by around 100 teachers through online and offline mode.
