HP logs 34 new Covid cases
Shimla, Oct 4 – At least 34 fresh Covid cases were detected in the state on Tuesday, taking Himachal Pradesh’s caseload to 312267. The fresh cases included the highest 14 from Kullu followed by 8 from Kàngra districts.
Spokesman of the Health Department told that all the 34 fresh cases who have tested positive today have been isolated as per the protocol.
The spokesman said that today there was no Covid death reported from any part of this hill state thus the death toll remained stagnant at 4189.
He said that the number of active cases has further gone up to 111 on Tuesday which included 26 from Kangra, 15 Mandi , 11 from Shimla, 17 from Bilaspur , Kullu 17, Hamirpur 7 and the remaining 19 cases from other six districts of this hill state.
The sources informed that there were 22 recoveries today in the state, thus keeping the number of recovered patients at 307946 today.
He said that there were 1802 samples collected today.
He said that today one person was admitted to a hospital in this hill state however the number of active admissions has touched 7 and no Covid 19 patient was discharged today after getting cured from a hospital in the state.
