Contribution Towards CMRF

Shimla, Feb 27 : A delegation from the Thomas Bishop Shimla–Chandigarh Diocese, led by Shimla MLA Harish Janartha, presented a cheque of Rs 10 lakh to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Dr. Sahay Thathues of the Thomas Bishop Shimla–Chandigarh Diocese was also present on the occasion. On the request of the diocese, the Chief Minister assured financial assistance of Rs. 1 crore for the renovation of St. Michael’s Church, Shimla.
