Written Examination for Male and Female Warder Posts to be Held on July 28

Shimla: The Department of Labour and Correctional Services will conduct the written examination for the recruitment of male and female warders on July 28, 2024, across three examination centers for various districts. This information was shared by Superintendent Jail Vivek Sharma today.

Vivek Sharma stated that for candidates from Solan district, the examination will be held at Government College, Sanjauli (Shimla), at 12:00 PM. Candidates are required to arrive at the designated examination centers by 10:00 AM, two hours before the commencement of the exam.

The Superintendent informed that all successful candidates can download their admit cards from the prison department’s website, admis-hp-nic-in@hpprisons, and their registered email. It is the personal responsibility of each candidate to download their admit cards. Only a pen, cardboard, admit card, and identification proof are allowed in the examination hall. Items such as electronic devices, mobile phones, calculators, electronic watches, wireless devices, Bluetooth devices, earphones, electronic gadgets, and bags are prohibited. Candidates are also not permitted to bring their vehicles to the examination center.
