Winter vacation info fake: HPU

Shimla, Dec 16 Himachal Pradesh University has not issued any official information about the winter vacation and fake information is being published in some papers and social media, HPU Spokespersons said.
Condemning the alleged information HPU spokesperson said that there is no iota of truth in the news posted in some vernacular and social media posts that HPU is heading for winter vacation from December 26, 2022 to February 20, 2023.
HPU winter vacation is scheduled from Jan 1 to Feb 19, 2023. However, pre winter examinations are also scheduled in its normal session in December for which the information would be published in HPU official website, he added.
