When Congress loses power, it loses forever: PM

Kangra, Nov 9 – Prime minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said that when Congress loses power in any state it never returns to power and cited names of different states where the Congress party has not been able to come to power even after decades. He said that it should be repeated in Himachal too that Congress lost power in the 2017 polls and should not be allowed to come back to power again in the interest and of the development of this hill state.
Modi was addressing a public meeting at Chambi in Kàngra District 15 kms from here on Wednesday. He said that in Tamilnadu Congress party lost 60 years back and didn’t come back even once. He said that Congress could not make a comeback even after five decades in West Bengal and Tripura.
He said that 40 years have passed since when Congress party had ruled Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Gujrat and even could not enter back into government for decades in Delhi, Sikkim, Nagaland and Odisha.
He said that contrary to Congress the BJP was repeating governments and added that BJP repeated government in Uttranchal, Manipur and Uttar Pradesh.
Modi asked the people to pay goodbye to Congress party because if it is repeated it will create stumbling blocks in the development of the state.
He said that Congress means Dynasty rule and corruption.
He said that the trend of changing government after every five years if continues allegedly gives Congress an opportunity to indulge in Corruption and loot and spend five years in making marry and go.
He said that people should vote for BJP double-engine government for development, continuity and accountability. He said that it is because of the double-engine government during Corona pandemic Himachal Pradesh topped the country in the vaccination program.
He said that it is because of the double engine government 8000 houses were constructed during the last five years against 15 houses during three years of Congress rule from 2014 -2017.
He lambasted Congress party for cheating the innocent people of the state when Congress was in power in both state and the center and decided to have projects in the 60:40 ratio so the state suffered which his Government amended and changed to 90:10.
Prime minister said that four-lane projects of Pathankot – Mandi and Shimla- Matour were in progress to boost tourism in the state.
He lauded Himachal BJP for announcing an eleven-point Sankalp Patter to push the development of the state.
He said that Congress party can not give a stable government in this hill state. They cannot give a government for the development. He alleged that Congress indulges in parivarvad and vote bank policy.
He said that BJP whatever promises is proved to be the best with full strength so people must vote for BJP.
