Virbhadra Singh’ Blue Eyed Cops Reemployment Terminated

Shimla, Dec 19 – Former chief minister Virbhadra Singh’s blue eyed security cops and DSP Padam Dass Thakur on Monday placed under retirement. A notification issued by Govt of Himachal ordered the termination of reemployment granted to Padam Dass Thakur, HPPS (Retd), Dy. SP (LR). He was given reemployment by govt of BJP and last chief minister Jai Ram Thakur vide notification issue on September 1, 2022.

It is worthwhile to mention that Soon after taking over as Himachal Pradesh chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu decided to terminate re-employment of all administration and police officers as government pledged to employees around 60,000 youth per year by filling vacant posts. During the last BJP and Congress rule large numbers of retire officers were given re-employment and extension in their services.
