Vinay Kumar Launches ‘Sukoon Website’

Vinay Kumar, Deputy Speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, emphasized the necessity of educating and raising awareness about stress management among youth in today’s competitive era. He acknowledged the significant role of both the state government and non-governmental organizations in this endeavor. Kumar expressed these views during the inauguration of the ‘Sukoon Website’ at the Pooja Counseling Center in Solan.
The Deputy Speaker stated that the ‘Sukoon Website’ will be a milestone in the holistic development and empowerment of youth. This website will play a crucial role in providing accessible and inclusive resources, support, and services for their mental health and personal growth. He noted that young people today face immense pressure to perform well in various fields, which often leads to mental stress. Career and mental health counseling can effectively channel their energy in the right direction. Kumar expressed confidence that the Sukoon Website will offer valuable and comprehensive information, along with counseling services, to the youth.
Prior to this, Pooja Sahani, the in-charge of the Sukoon Website, welcomed the chief guest and provided detailed information about the services offered through the website. She explained that the site would offer extensive information on counseling services, workshops, and programs, along with expert articles and blog posts on mental health and wellness.
