Vimarsh 2025 – THDCIL’s Two-Day HR Confluence Opens in Rishikesh

Rishikesh, August 25 – THDC India Limited (THDCIL) inaugurated its flagship HR Confluence, Vimarsh 2025, at the Takshashila HRD Centre, Rishikesh. The two-day conclave, held on 25–26 August 2025, has brought together eminent HR professionals, thought leaders, and senior executives from across industries to deliberate on the future of human resource practices.
CMD THDCIL, R. K. Vishnoi, lauded Team HR for hosting a forum of national importance, emphasizing that in today’s rapidly evolving landscape, HR drives organizational transformation by fostering resilience and innovation. He underscored that people remain the true drivers of growth and excellence at THDCIL, making leadership readiness, employee well-being, and capacity-building critical to India’s vision of becoming a *Viksit Bharat* by 2047.
Director (Personnel), THDCIL, Shallinder Singh, highlighted that Vimarsh is not merely a summit but a platform for co-creation of HR strategies and collective dialogue. He explained that the name *Vimarsh*, derived from Sanskrit, meaning “deliberation,” reflects the true spirit of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Organized in collaboration with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Confluence featured active participation from senior HR leaders of PSUs and leading private organizations. A key highlight was a panel discussion on “Leadership Readiness in an AI-Driven World,” with experts including Shallinder Singh, Paresh Ranpara (Director HR, Grid India), Mridul Srivastava (Business Transformation Leader), and Ashissh Kaul (Director – Consulting & Capacity Building, SHRM India).
