He extended his gratitude to all voters who supported him and congratulated his opponent, Kangana Ranaut, on her win.
Speaking to journalists at the Rajiv Bhavan, the state Congress headquarters, Vikramaditya Singh emphasized that winning and losing are two sides of the same coin in elections. He respects and accepts the people’s mandate, reaffirming his dedication to standing by the people of Mandi and continuing to support them.

Singh suggested that Prime Minister Modi might need to adopt the persona of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee given the current political scenario. He indicated that the future of national politics and the next Prime Minister remains to be seen.
Responding to a question, Vikramaditya Singh expressed happiness over the Congress party’s victory in four out of six assembly by-elections in the state.
